Injury on duty


For Employers:

If one of your employees had a Injury On Duty it must be reported with the Compensation commissioner, we can assist with the claim submission on your behalf or follow up on outstanding claims for which you need to be refunded in cases where the employee was paid while unable to work due to the injury.

For Employees:

If you cannot claim through your employer and need assistance with submitting a Injury On Duty claim we can assist with the claim submission.
